Lifestyle Habits that Support Remineralization


You can actively participate in helping your teeth remineralize. Good oral hygiene habits are the foundation. Brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste removes plaque and bacteria, reducing the amount of acid produced in your mouth. Flossing daily removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth, areas where brushing alone can't reach.
