About our office
Parkside Dental provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Our services include preventive, restorative, endodontic, cosmetic, and general dentistry. Sedation and emergency services are available for kids and adults. We offer pampering amenities to make your visit more pleasant, including free refreshments, Wi-Fi, relaxing neck pillows, and satellite TV in every room. Kids are welcome in our practice, and we have a play area complete with video games.
Your first visit
The first time you visit our practice, we will perform a comprehensive oral examination, review your medical history, and discuss your goals, oral health challenges, and treatment options. We take the time to get to know each patient as a human being; you will not be rushed through like an assembly line. The duration of the appointment will vary, depending on the reason for your visit.
We have made it convenient for you to submit and complete all your paperwork online from home. However, there is always the option to fill them out once you arrive at our office.
Yes, we accept dental emergencies. We do not want to see anyone in pain, and our first priority will be to ensure your comfort. From there, we will discuss the cause of the problem, and long-term solutions. In some cases, treatment may be completed in one visit, depending on the nature of the emergency.
We welcome everyone, from the tiniest family members, to the parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Care is customized according to each patient’s stage of development, oral health concerns, cosmetic goals, overall health, and special needs. We are happy to work with your budget and schedule, to ensure that a great smile fits your life. Our office is bilingual: Dr. Jean Larsen is proficient in Chinese.
Scheduling and cancellation
Please contact our office by phone, or using the convenient online form, to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jason or Jean Larsen. We respect your hectic schedule, and we make every effort to plan our day so that you don’t have to wait. Because your appointment time has been reserved, we respectfully request that you notify us ( as soon as possible if you need to cancel.) at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge $25 for appointments cancelled or broken within 24 hours advance notice.
Payment and insurance
We accept most common payment methods and most dental insurance plans. If you have any questions about billing, financing, insurance, or other inquiries, we encourage you to speak with a member of our knowledgeable office staff.
